Let’s Celebrate!

As 2018 comes to an end, I wanted to take the time to thank each and every one of you for your continued support.

It’s been a BIG year for Property Assist and we have loved every moment.

We started the year with a team of 7 and are now finishing as a team of 15. WOW! I hope you’ve noticed that booking in a last minute report is now possible and I am so happy we have been able to support you throughout those pressured times.

Successful communication is something I prioritised from the beginning and I wanted a hand to continue this contact with our clients… so, I created two full time office positions to ensure our team is managed well and new staff are selected and trained correctly. I hope you have experienced the difference these additions have made.

With these 2 new office roles we of course needed a fancy location, so we packed our boxes at the home office and made the exciting move to our new office in Subiaco! This was one of the best decisions I have made to date. Feel free to pop in for a coffee. We are now located at 11B/49 Hay Street, Subiaco.

Then it was the hype of the Paperless PCR’s. I started this process back in December 2017. I just knew there had to be a better way of serving the PCR’s. You needed to save time and lower your costs with this process. After months of trial and error, we finally released this to you in June. We were then the first and only outsourcing company to have the ability to offer paperless PCR’s to Perth agencies.

Of course our 3rd year at the REIWA PM Conference was a hoot as always. Thanks to all who visited us this year at our booth. I hope you got one of our new PM Bags which made their debut this day

Sometimes I’ll have a few quirky ideas… Well, a few weeks ago I decided to drag the whole team to a photoshoot! (You can imagine the girls faces when this was mentioned!) We all ended up having an absolute ball. It was a lot of fun and a day with my staff I will never forget. I can’t wait to share these photos with you through our social media pages.

And lastly, our Christmas evening with clients and staff, what a success. This was my realisation of the year that was. Planning an event like this, I was a little apprehensive on how it would all unfold. Who am I kidding… You don’t need to tell a Property Manager twice that “Drinks are included”. We had over 40 people attend, and we had a fantastic night. Thank you to everyone who made the night. I am sincerely grateful for your support. For those who couldn’t make it, we hope you will join us at our next event.
